Plans for "Old-Skool" RAW, Brock Lesnar on WM27?

For WWE's "Old School" RAW show, SmackDown stars also being advertised to appear are: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston.
In terms of the plan for the actual show - the entire theme will be a throwback to old-school with the original 1993 opening with no pyro, etc. Already confirmed for the show are Sgt. Slaughter, Dusty Rhodes, Jimmy Snuka, Roddy Piper, The Iron Sheik, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Arn Anderson and IRS. Also expected are Lita and the recently re-signed Val Venis.

All the current producers within WWE (Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko, Irwin R Shyster, etc.) are also confirmed for WWE's Old School RAW, and ideas for them have been discussed during the past few days. It is thought that most of the appearances will be cameos.
The Honky Tonk Man and WWE Hall of Famer "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase have been confirmed for WWE's "Old School" episode of Monday Night Raw on Nov. 15.

And John Cena is no longer allowed on Twitter, or so he claims in the one message he was allowed to Tweet by Wade Barrett.
"Wade Barrett has allowed me to send this one message," Cena wrote. "As long as I am in Nexus. I answer to them. He has kept me from any communication and was very mad about navajo code message. I am sorry to all of you."

WWEDVDNews reports that WWE is planning a Triple H DVD and Bluray set for a late 2011 release. WWE is also planning on releasing "Big Show: A Giant's World" in February of 2011.

The Undertaker will indeed be undergoing torn rotator cuff surgery this week. The original plan was for Taker to work the current European tour and take time off after Survivor Series, where he would lose a Buried Alive match against Kane. The match was moved to Bragging Rights because Taker had been in severe pain and needed the surgery.
As recent as last week, there was talk that Taker may continue to wrestle lightly for the next few months, wrestle at Wrestlemania 27 and then take the time off but that has changed. Until the surgery is over, there is no solid time table for his return. The feeling right now within WWE is that they expect him to work WrestleMania if he can but they recognize the possibility that he won't be recovered enough.

For what it's worth, people in WWE are wanting to push the Nexus angle by giving them all of the title belts. With Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel holding the WWE Tag Team Titles, this might mean that Wade Barrett would defeat Randy Orton for the WWE Title and likely David Otunga would capture the United States Title.

People in both WWE and UFC feel that a Brock Lesnar role at WrestleMania 27 won't happen because of Lesnar's contract with UFC. However, even as recent as of a few days ago, there were people in WWE still working on putting something together. WWE has been tossing around potential ideas and trying to see if there's a way Lesnar could be involved contractually without UFC President Dana White having to approve it. They are also trying to figure out a way for White to approve a deal.
Regarding the confrontation at UFC 121, the belief is that WWE itself did not directly contact Brock Lesnar or his camp, but someone very close to Vince McMahon did. One could suspect that Paul Heyman, considering his relationship with Lesnar and his past with WWE, may have been the middle man but word is that it was not him. Heyman has been quiet on the subject but in the past has floated an idea to WWE about bringing in Lesnar for some kind of role.
It's believed that there was no direct approach from Vince McMahon because that could lead to contract tampering.
One WWE source felt that Lesnar could get between $2 million and $3 million from WWE for a WrestleMania appearance.

I'm back.

I know it took me a long time to get there, but I've finally returned with a new charger (that shit-seller on ebay took a week and a half to send me the bloody charger), and I'm just going to get back to you guys with RECENT news in a day or so, since I'm actually quite busy today. I said recent because if I am to update about everything that happened in the past 2 and a half week, it would take me half a day to tell you about it.
So yeah, see you guys tomorrow.

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Will not be posting till...

Heya everyone,

The charger-cord of my laptop broke down past sunday night, so I will not be able to update until at least the coming Monday. I will have to buy a new one and don't have long-term access to any computer until then.
I am writing you this message from work, but it speaks for itself that I can't give you guys complete updates from here. I hope you guys can forgive me for this.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Matt Hardy (finally?) released, Mr McMahon invites First Lady to WWE HQ.

But first, I would like to thank each and everyone of you that made me get to a 100 followers!
THANK YOU ALL!!!.

Alright, on to actual WWE News.

Biggest news of all so far probably, is the release of Matt Hardy.
Now, as I all kept you informed on how he wanted his release from the WWE, because he just wasn't happy there anymore, I am (sort of) happy to announce that he finally got it. That does, however, mean that the whole soap around is over, which is something I'm less happy about, because it was a nice fill up. I mean news item. News item is what I meant. Yeah. Anyway, as we came to know about Mr. Hardy, he enjoys it to upload video's about WWE and what not. Now, with his release, there is of course no exception.
Click here to see a very happy Matt Hardy.
During an interview with the Daily Star, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy railed World Wrestling Entertainment for their treatment of his brother Matt.
“I’m not going to give WWE their props for the way they’ve dealt with Matt. He is such a giving talent, ready to do anything for them, and he’s been given the run-around. They’ve treated him like sh*t.
“I think if he came here, you would see the happiest, most dangerous and exciting Matt Hardy you’ve ever seen. I hope that they let him leave and he shows up here any day now.”
WWE confirmed the release of Matt Hardy in a statement on its website Friday.
According to WWE’s official statement, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy, effective as of October 15, 2010. WWE wishes Matt Hardy the best in his future endeavors.”
Veteran WWE announcer Jim Ross quickly commented on the story, noting, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy. Know no details just that fact. Good luck to Matt. Probably best 4 all involved.”

The toxicology results are in for former WWE performer Luna Vachon.
The District Six Medical Examiner’s office in Florida found that Luna died from an accidental overdose of painkillers and anti-anxiety medication.
TMZ.com reports that the 48-year-old wrestler  had oxycodone and benzodiazepine in her system when she died in her Florida home back in August.
Shortly after her death, it was reported that investigators found crushed pill residue and snorting straws at multiple locations inside Luna’s house.
Luna’s ashes were scattered last month at the late Andre The Giant’s ranch in North Carolina.

Hall of Famer Jim Ross has updated his blog, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR said about:
Undertaker Possibly Losing at WrestleMania: “The WWE is filled with highly intelligent people which is another reason that I don’t feel that the Undertaker will ever lose at a Wrestlemania event. When I say never, I mean never. What a magnificent card one can keep in one’s pocket to play at the biggest event of the year where so much is measured and defined. The Undertaker’s ‘streak’ at Wrestlemania is like a franchise unto itself.”
AJ Styles/Shawn Michaels Comparison: “I think AJ Styles is a great in ring talent, perhaps even underutilized, but he is not better at this time than was HBK in Shawn’s prime. That’s not a knock on Styles even though some will take it as such. To even compare AJ to HBK should be looked upon as high praise.”

Former WWE performer Lance McNaught (a/k/a Lance Cade) died on August 13, 2010 from accidentally ingesting multiple drugs combined with the effects of a an enlarged heart, according to an autopsy report from a medical examiner in San Antonio, Texas.
A staffer of the Bexar County, Texas, Medical Examiner’s Office said of McNaught’s death to The New Haven Register in Connecticut: “The cause was ruled mixed drug intoxication, complicating a cardiomyopathy.” His death was ruled accidental.
The medical examiner’s report does not indicate whether McNaught’s use of anabolic steroids contributed to cardiomyopathy, which has been linked to steroid abuse.
Robert Zimmerman, a spokesman for World Wrestling Entertainment, told the newspaper that WWE obtained e-mails written by McNaught to a fellow wrestler, saying he had ordered two types of steroids in March and expected to fail a drug test.
McNaught was released from WWE in October 2008, then rehired in September 2009. He was sent to drug rehabilitation at his request, but was released a second time in April.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter speculates that due to The Undertaker’s health, matches pitting “The Deadman” against Kane for WWE’s tour of the U.K. next month have been changed to Triple Threat bouts with the inclusion of Big Show.
I have in no way conformation of these mentioned health issues. I also don't really see how making the match a Triple Threat would make things any better if said issues are there.

In an update on the condition of Patrick Henry, older brother of WWE Superstar, Mark Henry, doctors have taken him off the medication that was keeping him in a coma and he is expected to be revived today. Henry had several surgeries to stop the bleeding and pressure on his brain caused by the stroke he suffered on Oct. 3.

Ted DiBiase has opened a YouTube account at youtube.com/user/TheDibiasePosse. MVP also noted on Twitter that he is working on opening a YouTube account.

WWE, THQ and Walmart stores will be teaming up for SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 launch events on Monday, October 25th.  Someone, please, PLEASE get me one of those. All except Jack Swagger really, because I don't really feel his character. I'll even pay you for it.

Evan Bourne said this morning on Twitter that he underwent (shoulder) surgery Tuesday and is “already on the road to recovery.”
Bourne is expected to be sidelined for the rest of the year while he recovers from surgery. He was written off television on Monday’s Raw as a result of CM Punk’s attack on him following their match.
WWE has announced that Triple H will return for “one night only” at the Fan Appreciation and Supershow event on October 30th in Hartford, Connecticut. The updated listing for the event doesn’t specify if The Game will be wrestling or just appearing.
Matches announced for the event include Kane vs. Big Show vs. Undertaker for the World Title, Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett for the WWE Title, Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio and a 16-man battle royal with the winner facing Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Title.

World Wrestling Entertainment issued the following press release Friday announcing that Vince McMahon has extended an invitation to First Lady Michelle Obama to visit the company’s corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut while she is in town this Monday.
WWE® Invites First Lady Michelle Obama to Visit Headquarters
STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) today announced that CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon has extended an invitation to First Lady Michelle Obama for this Monday, October 18 while she is in town, to visit the company’s corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT, and discuss WWE’s corporate outreach initiatives. These programs include outreach to at-risk youth, support for military troops and their families and partnerships with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Young Adult Library Services Association and others.
“Given President Obama’s previous appearance on ‘Monday Night Raw’, and WWE’s dedication to giving back to the community we welcome the opportunity to speak candidly with the First Lady and educate her about WWE’s initiatives that focus on children and families,” said Vince McMahon, WWE CEO and Chairman. “We hope to learn more from the First Lady about the important initiatives she is leading.”

That's it for today's update, I hope you all enjoyed the read. There's a poll up about Matt Hardy's release as well, so please answer and check it and stuff.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

JR on Undertaker retiring, WWE releases NXT Diva

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR wrote about:
Undertaker Retiring: “Where are all the rumors coming from regarding the retirement plans of the Undertaker? Some emailers are contacting us as if these rumors are fact and are etched in stone. These are the same, unfounded rumors that begin making their rounds after each Wrestlemania. My take on this matter is that Undertaker isn’t retiring after WM27 in Atlanta. I can easily see the Deadman competing for another three years or so if his schedule is well managed. If forced to speculate, and that’s all I’m doing, wouldn’t calling it a day after, say, Wrestlemania 30 make more sense? Bottom line is that Taker will retire when he’s damn well ready to retire plus I still stand by what I have always said that he will never lose a match at Wrestlemania.”
What He Thinks of TNA: “People ask me all the time to critique TNA which is a no win situation for me. First of all I don’t watch TNA regularly so for me to act as if I do and make across the board judgments of the brand would not be fair nor accurate. Secondly, I work for WWE so any thing I say good, bad or indifferent about TNA will be looked at as a biased opinion. Let it be known that I hope TNA becomes very profitable some day and wish them well. They have a nice, talent roster that needs to wrestle more and talk less but that could be said about the majority of pro wrestling entities over the past decade or so. Bad acting is simply bad acting no matter what show it appears on.”
Batista Getting Into MMA: “Batista fighting for Strikeforce is a big deal if made such by the promotion and the network. Parlaying Dave’s global name identity and overall look can pay dividends if done throughly and with a big picture game plan. It seems that the former WWE Champion and the promotion are not exceptionally close on money as of yet based on how I interpreted a recent Batista interview. I actually don’t know if a Batista vs. Bobby Lashley bout is the best for both fighters as each man seems to have viable marketability and one beating the other only forward one man as a rule. MMA insiders say that Lashley is at a career crossroads and if that is true then that theory will be validated if Strikeforce signs Batista vs. Lashley for Batista’s first fight. If CBS/Strikeforce promotes a MMA contest between Batista and Lashley like another day at the office then my theory that the network doesn’t know how to properly promote a major fight is accurate. That’s akin to NFL legend Herschel Walker not fighting on Showtime or CBS during the NFL season so that Strikeforce can be promoted on CBS’s NFL games. Perhaps the pending December, Walker fight will make CBS air on their coverage of the National Football League.”
Nexus: “The Nexus storyline has been one of the better ones in the WWE in a long while. Now as it maturates and moves forward guys like Justin Gabriel, who had a nice bout with Orton Monday Night, needs to become known for more than his dynamic 450 Splash. Same for Otunga and Slater. What are their lasting claims to fame going to be? Now is a pivotal time for these members of NXT to begin to erase the prominent ‘sidekick’ logo that’s figuratively stamped on their foreheads and either take a more impactful role with NXT leader Wade Barrett or begin to subtly move away from Barrett’s reign.”
WWE Bragging Rights: “Why is it exactly that Raw and SD have such a fierce rivalry? What’s at stake other than ‘Bragging Rights?’ Has SD been bragging about their tag team victory since last year’s PPV? Would it be more viable if something tangible was at stake to the winning team in the Raw vs. Smackdown Tag Bout on the October 24 PPV that emanates from Minneapolis?”

Quite obviously, I am very, very happy that Taker is not retiring anytime soon. See, me and my friend are planning to go to WM 30, and we both hope to get to see the Phenom live in action there.

As I reported earlier, The Miz was nominated for Baddest Baddie at the Aussies Kid's Choice Awards, however The Miz did not win the award for Baddest Baddie at the Australian Kid’s Choice Awards this weekend. The award instead went to X Factor Australia judge Kyle Sandilands.

Edge has removed from the line-up for WWE’s Fan Appreciation Day in Hartford, CT on October 30th. The Rated R Superstar will be celebrating a birthday that day.

With CM Punk advertised for tonight’s RAW, it’s been expected he will be traded to the RAW brand. Punk cut a promo before his match against R-Truth on Saturday night at the RAW live event in Stockton, California and said he’s a SmackDown star but has beat everyone there so he’s coming to RAW to do the same thing.
It's too bad for the SD roster that Punk is being switched to Raw, I think he will be missed in the SD locker room. I always find Punk entertaining however, and wish him the best at Raw. I hope they put him to good use there.

Matt Hardy posted a new video blog after TNA’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view last night. Regarding his brother Jeff’s heel turn, Matt said that’s the reason he’s been doing everything he’s been doing lately and the reason he put WWE in his “rear-view mirror.” Hardy said he’s got to cross the line because family comes first and he refuses to abandon his brother.
Matt said he heard the news about Jeff turning heel about seven or eight weeks ago. Here’s his latest video:

He’s the WWE Hall of Famer who bleed red, white, and blue with a set of biceps that has taken out foes for decades, now ClubWWI.com is honored to welcome Tony Atlas for an uncut shoot with James Guttman that lasts nearly an hour and will give you insight into this business like never before.

When you get there, you can get yourself to an hour-long interview (being the complete one) on ClubWWI.com (which you have to pay for).

Bryan Williams, one of the SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 designers, told ESPN that Daniel Bryan was originally scheduled to be part of the NXT season 1 downloadable package for the game but won’t be in the game at all now. Williams said they got the word of Bryan’s WWE release earlier this year the same day that they motion-capped his moves. The designers had to take Bryan out of the game and replace him with Justin Gabriel.
Williams went on to say that it was too late to add Bryan to this year’s game, even as a downloadable character. Provided that Bryan is still with WWE next year, he will be in SmackDown vs. RAW 2012.
I call bullshit on this. It can't be that hard to make 1 more (downloadable) character, especially since you (should) have the basic character model and standard moves already. I mean, they have an entire year, basically, to make 1 extra character. So a big fuck you to the designers of the game, for being to lazy to bring in Daniel Bryan into this years game.

Wade Barrett talks to the UK’s Lancashire Telegraph here, discussing him idolizing Davey Boy Smith, how he misses British food and his degree in Marine Biology.

The Great Khali will begin appearing on the ongoing fourth season of the Indian reality television program Bigg Boss this Friday as a wild card entry, reports www.techtipspro.com. It is the Indian version of the Big Brother format.

John Cena is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Fighting Spirit, with the headline reading “Have We Cena ‘Nuff?”
The synopsis reads: “Between his superhero act getting incredibly old and him almost ruining the careers of people like The Miz and Nexus by squashing them completely, FSM has had it up to here with John Cena. But is it really all his fault? FSM examines WWE’s top man and wonders if he’s to blame for ruining WWE for everyone.”

Florida Championship Wrestling removed NXT Rookie Diva Jamie Keyes from their official roster page. PWInsider confirms that following her elimination from NXT last week, WWE has released Keyes from her deal.
Keyes, real name Brittany Beede, was signed by WWE in March of this year. She served as NXT ring announcer on season 2 before being a Rookie on season three. She was eliminated last week.

That's all for today folks.
Hope you guys enjoyed the read.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Matt Hardy confirms the wish to leave WWE, Bret Hart @ Bragging Rights?

It’s expected that Bret Hart will play a big part of the go-home RAW for Bragging Rights on October 18th since it’s from Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the Pengrowth Saddledome. Bret is being advertised for RAW that night.

Current DVD’s WWE is planning for 2011 include the 100 Craziest Moments, Best of WCW Nitro, History of DX, History of the United States Title and a set on the Divas. Superstar DVD sets planned for next year include Randy Orton, Big Show, Goldust, Jerry Lawler and Greg “The Hammer” Valentine.

The Team RAW vs. Team SmackDown match at Bragging Rights may turn into a three-way with John Cena leading a team of Nexus members.
Now that's an interesting one. I want to see it, and hope that Cena will be acting like he did in his first match as an official member of Nexus. That would be an interesting thing to see.
While we're sort of on the topic of John Cena:
WWE Studios’ production crew was filming Blood Brothers today in Cerrillos, New Mexico. Blood Brothers will be John Cena’s next movie.

WWE Legends Jimmy Snuka, Jake Roberts and Terry Funk were confirmed today as playable characters in WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2011. Yoshi Tatsu and Gail Kim were also officially announced.
For the complete roster of playable characters, click here.

Shawn Michaels said on Twitter that he will be letting fans in on some news next week. For what it’s worth, Shawn said he is “getting back into work some.”

Celebrity news site HollywoodLife.com is reporting that WWE is negotiating with with teen pop star Justin Bieber to sing America the Beautiful at Wrestlemania 27.
“It is so perfect! To have Justin perform in front of 70,000 plus people would just be amazing! It is so perfect”, their source said. “It’s still a work in progress but it would be a lot of fun.”
Opening WrestleMania would put Bieber in an elite club of music icons that includes Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles.
What I think of this?
Typical PG-rating bullshit. If they put Bieber out there, I am not buying the DVD, that's for sure. And I hope lots of people do this. Because Bieber just doesn't go with WWE. Also, music icon? Really?
But that's just my humble opinion, of course.

Legendary hip hop star and Wu Tang Clan member The RZA has announced former WWE star Batista has joined the cast of his new movie, “The Man with the Iron Fist” starring Academy Award winner Russell Crow.

Chris Jericho had an interview with the UK Sun recently, in which he talked about WWE, amongst other things.
The complete interview can be read here.

Matt Hardy noted on Twitter last night that he was watching TNA iMPACT. Hardy wrote: “I also really dig seeing my buds like Tommy Dreamer & Mickie James on Impact-they seem happy, less stressed.”
Matt Hardy also posted another Youtube video trying to set the record straight (again) as much as he can.
He says about 6 or 7 weeks ago, he came across a “monumental piece of information” that made him decide it was definitely time for him to move away from WWE, something he was thinking about doing during the 12-18 months prior.
He said he asked “the right people” a couple of times if he could get a release and they said no. Then he says tried plan B. He went on an overseas tour and tried to “cause a couple of problems”. Everybody, but Christian, bought into it.
He then came back home and tried to “kick it into high gear” by making those videos by MATTHEW (all caps). He says that was done in character and he isn’t crazy and psychopathic as he comes across in the videos, although he finds it funny that people actually think that.
He said he went back and forth with WWE and has come to an agreement, I am assuming to stop making those videos. He says he has upheld his end of the deal, and as soon as they uphold their end, something “special” is going to happen, because he has “got them right where he wants them”. He also says his next video will be about Lita regarding recent comments she made about him.

That's all for today folks, I hope you enjoyed the read.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

WWE Superstars allowed to open youtube accounts, SCSA teasing return.

To start things of, I would like to apologize for a lack of updates as of late. I have been quite busy with working, and other things in my personal life, that I could just not find the time and/or energy to post an update. Things are going better, but are not perfect yet, so please forgive me if I miss one or two days from time to time...
Now that we have that out of the way, let the wrestling(news) commence.

Apparently WWE is allowing talents to open up YouTube accounts after all, as seen last week when Melina debuted her account. WWE performers have to get officials’ permission first. Look for more Superstars to launch YouTube accounts in the next week or so.

According to his Twitter, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has undergone surgery at 3PM CT on the 4th of October, where he will have a stent inserted into an artery near his heart.
Ross was able to attend Saturday’s Oklahoma vs. Texas game and downplayed the seriousness of the surgery, saying, “I ain’t scared for the heart procedure… My faith is strong and my doctors are awesome. Best shape I’ve been in in years.”
He also noted that he was supposed to attend last night’s Hell in a Cell PPV but couldn’t as his doctor wanted him to rest in preparation for today. You can get more from JR here: Twitter Account.
(I know this is a little late, but I still wanted to keep you updated on this).
The day he was scheduled to undergo surgery to have a a stent inserted into an artery near his heart, the WWE Hall of Famer got great news that his surgery was unnecessary.
Ross, who is still in the hospital, wrote on Twitter:
“No surgery required. Sore where (the doctor) explored my heart via femoral artery. Hope to get home tonight. Caught a break”
I am so enjoying this, personally, because I love JR...
IN A COMMENT WAY! GEEZ, YOU BLOODY HOMOPHOBES >.>
Quick sidenote there, my uhm, what's it called... let's just keep it to laptop-dictionary, didn't know the word homophobes. And it still doesn't. However, the word it thought I meant was: homophones. Now someone tell me, what the fuck is a homophone?

WWE may repeatedly deny that it views UFC as competition, but in a Barron’s story related to Linda McMahon’s Senate campaign and WWE’s financial performance, the outlet suggests the opposite.
Painting a negative picture about WWE’s financial success, the article says WWE’s “stats don’t look so buff.” It adds, “Pay-per-view buys, TV ratings, magazine sales and Website visits have been in decline for three years, as many fans turn to mixed martial- arts contests like the Ultimate Fighting Championship.”
Then, in a very interesting quote given the UFC fighter’s connection to WWE, the story cracks, “The UFC’s champions like Brock Lesnar are essentially kicking the butts of WWE superstars like John Cena.”
The article, which concludes that WWE stock is likely overpriced since “World Wrestling is struggling to remain relevant as mixed martial arts surges,” also features a graphical breakdown of WWE’s declining television ratings, as well as evidence that UFC is eclipsing WWE in the pay-per-view category.
Since 2007, WWE has only outperformed UFC on pay-per-view in Q2 2007, Q1 2008, Q2 2009 and Q1 2010 (as in, the quarters with WrestleMania), and it appears from the data that Barron’s might not be controlling specifically for domestic buys, which tend to bring far more profit to the promoter.

Below are some highlights from an interview between “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and UK Newspaper The Sun:
Watching Wrestling: “I watch all wrestling whenever I can, I watch WWE and I watch TNA. I’ve just always had that passion for the sport. That’s what inspired me to enter the ring in the first place, I watched wrestling avidly as a kid and back then it was guys battering each other in smoke filled arenas and blood flowed freely. And that’s why I still watch WWE and TNA all the time today, it’s entertaining and takes me back.”
His Neck: “I’m lucky, you know my neck is 100 per cent these days, I can do my own stunts and fight scenes where I can. I don’t claim to be a tough guy, but I give it a go.
Wrestling Again: “I never thought I’d say it, but when I’m asked about one more match these days I do tend to say ‘never say never’. So don’t rule it out.”

On the Cena-Nexus storyline, without spoiling things TOO much, hopefully, I bring the following "news":
It sounds like Michael Tarver may be gone from Nexus after tonight’s RAW. Wade Barrett told John Cena that he did a favor by beating Tarver up as he had been thinking about getting rid of Tarver for sometime anyway.

Also, since past Monday night's Raw, Edge is once again a member of SmackDown, after the GM traded him. (Not sure for who though). Many people are quite happy with this, saying that after his injury, Edge never seemed to be on the same level anymore, and that he couldn't get along with the top on Raw, while the top is definitely where he belongs.

Matt Hardy announced Sunday on Twitter that he is taking a break from the social networking site for the next few days.
He wrote, “You guys & gals, take care of yourselves. I’m about to head out for a few well earned days of vacation. Talk to you all in a couple days!”

As noted before, Edge has been traded to SmackDown by the RAW General Manager. It appears that CM Punk will be going to RAW now after a new line-up has been issued for the RAW live event on Friday night in Anaheim, California. Edge has been replaced on the card by Punk in a match against R-Truth.

The cover art for WWE’s Goldust autobiography, Cross Rhodes: Goldust, Out of the Darkness, has been released. Click here to view it.
The 256 page book will be released in paperback form on December 14, 2010.

Randy Orton’s father and Hall of Famer, Bob Orton, Jr.was recently interview by Arda Ocal and Jimmy Korderas of Right After Wrestling and spoke on his son’s success in World Wrestling Entertainment.
“I’m very proud of Randy,” Orton said. “He doesn’t waste any movement and he’s just pretty darn good. He pulls his weight. He’s just a natural, they come along every once in awhile. He took to everything very quick. He learns and he listens. He’s a good kid all around and he always has been and we’ve always been proud of him.”
Orton, Jr. was also asked about changes in the locker room since he was last a wrestler…
“What’s changes in the locker room?” he asked. “Pizza. What we used to get backstage was pizza if we were lucky. Now they’ve got catered meals and we didn’t have a masseuse in the locker room or a hair dresser. We didn’t have any of that stuff. A chiropractor was there. It’s first class all the way.”
Check out the full interview here.

Lost Colony Entertainment has purchased the TV and film rights to adapt the “Chris and Nancy” book by Irv Muchnick, based on the Benoit family tragedy. This means that Lost Colony has the rights to develop and sell the property or raise money to produce the movie on their own.

There is a story here about Steve Austin’s role in the expendables, and more specifically, his reaction to breaking Sylvester Stallone’s neck.

The feeling within WWE creative is that things need to change and be shaken up. It’s expected that something big will be happening soon and it may have been decided on already, but is being kept a secret and most of the creative team doesn’t even know what it will be. It’s being said that things will be different in January of next year. Since nobody knows what that means, nobody can tell if it’s going to be a good or bad thing.
I guess some of them finally started reading comments on matches and what not. Hope it turns out in a good way.

Michael Cole will soon be the voice of SmackDown following his move across from RAW. Vince McMahon is pretty high on the outspoken commentator at the moment and feels that he would help establish the show on SyFy, which is very important to the company right now with its move to a new network. The way Cole effectively delivers messages from creative and the way he plays his on-air character are things that have pleased McMahon recently.
Another play-by-play commentator, Todd Grisham, is not so over with McMahon right now and some feel that’s another reason for Cole’s move.

Well, that´s all for today. If you leave a comment, I will reply to it one of the following days. I´ll try to be quick about it, but cannot promise anything. Also, as always, ask me anything that has something to do with wrestling, that you want to know, in a comment, and I´ll see what I can do for you guys.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Manager on Giant Gonzales, Shawn Michaels returning?

Bruno Lauer (a/k/a Harvey Wippleman), commented on the passing of friend and colleague Jorge González (a/k/a Giant González) to rasslinriotonlinenews.com
“I would like to take time here to address the passing of my dear friend Jorge Gonzales, also known as Giant Gonzalez [during his tenure with me] and El Gigante, when he was with WCW. I was Jogo’s [nickname short for his name] manager the entire time he was with the WWE and not only was I his manager, but I was his friend and confidante as well aka his errand boy! Not that I minded either…s**t if I was 8 feel tall, I’d want somebody to run out and get my food and medicine too! Jogo was always a gentleman and a true friend.
The entire interview can be read here.

WWE will reportedly not be holding a “Tribute To The Troops” show overseas this year. However, company officials are looking to hold a similar style event at a domestic military base, possibly in Texas.
A reason for this is not yet known.
After learning there would be no trip to Iraq this year, there was big relief among the wrestlers at last night’s SmackDown taping. The superstars are fine with the actual work required, however it is the constant flying on the cargo plane which proves a struggle. There has been talks of a domestic Tribute to the Troops show, which WWE and USO are in discussions about.

It was reported earlier this week that Melyssa Buhl, a 26-year-old fitness model from Vancouver, British Columbia, had signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. She later sent e-mails to various news outlets indicating she had not signed with WWE, noting she was ‘entering a contract’ and would not be shooting past October 14.
In the latest update regarding the situation, Buhl posted several messages on her facebook account last month concerning meetings with WWE officials – which have since been deleted. She said she had signed a contract with WWE and would therefore be shutting down her official website, which features adult material.
The website has been taken offline.
WWE Unified Divas Champion Michelle McCool recently took part in a Proust Questionnaire with MichelleMcCool.net, answering questions on her personality. She answered questions on what she considers to be her greatest achievement, her appearance, what she dislikes the most, and her greatest fear, among several others. To read her answers, click here.
I read through it, and personally, I think she answered quite short. All one and two word answers, most of the time.  But, it's an interview nonetheless.

And, John Cena's long awaited Heel turn might come up this Sunday on the Hell in a Cell PPV. He is scheduled for a Nexus disbands vs John Cena joins the Nexus match, in which, if Cena wins, the Nexus will disband, and if he loses, he must join the Nexus. Also, if the other members of Nexus interfere in the match, Cena will automatically be pronounced winner.
So, are you Nexus, or are you against us?

WWE are planning to add a bit more of an ‘entertainment’ aspect to SmackDown after it’s move to Syfy. The company feel this will help the show get back to the “same level” as RAW.

Matt Hardy had the following to say on twitter: “In the next 6 months, I’m restarting OMEGA & also opening up an OMEGA wrestling developmental school. Excited about both-its gonna be great!” and posted the following on youtube (link).

Dolph Ziggler did an interview with Fanhouse.com, about SmackDown moving to SyFy, his current character, and other things. The interview can be read here.

And finally, Shawn "The Heartbreak Kid" Michaels hinted towards a return to the WWE at an autograph signing in Kansas City. After one of the attending fans asked "Is there any chance to see you return to wrestling?" Shawn then answered saying: "Probably not to wrestle myself, but I might return for something else.
I myself, being quite a HBK fan, hope he does indeed return, but I'm going to keep you guys updated on this.

That's all for today, I hope you guys enjoyed the information. Again, please ask if you have questions about anything.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

P.S. there's a poll up, please answer it truthfully.

TNA Wrestling blog.

On a quick side-note, I have opened my second blog, dedicated to the TNA side of wrestling.
A link to this new one can be found here.

Will WWE Sign Awesome Kong? Tiffany cleared of charges, and other news!

Kia Stevens (a/k/a Awesome Kong), who officially parted ways with TNA Wrestling in March, has not been offered a contract by World Wrestling Entertainment, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
WON suggests that WWE officials may feel she’s mentally unstable given the nature of her departure from TNA Wrestling and story of an attempted suicide.

It was reported Sunday that WWE performer Taryn Terrell (a/k/a Tiffany) had been cleared of assault charges stemming from a domestic disturbance between her and husband Drew Galloway (a/k/a Drew McIntyre) last month in Los Angeles, California. Regarding a return to WWE airwaves, the official word is that creatively, the company does not know how they will reintroduce her character.

This past Saturday, WWE hosted “Bret Hart Appreciation Night” at Madison Square Garden as part of its Smackdown World Tour. Bret “The Hitman” Hart returned to New York City after 13 years and fans got to experience a variety of matches including the Six-Man Tag Team Match, Diva Tag Team Match, and a New York Street Fight Match, among others. Wrestlers featured on the card included The Undertaker, Kane, The Big Show, CM Punk, Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool.
MSG.com had a chance to talk with “The Hitman” himself to discover more about Bret the Wrestler, Bret the Romantic, and Bret the hockey player. Find out what he had to say in their exclusive video interview here.

– WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper recently took part in a spoof public service announcement regarding childhood obesity for the comedy website www.funnyordie.com.
The WWE Hall of Famer is shown getting physical with children who consume junk food, as well as the adults who provide it to them.
To view the mock PSA, click right about... here.

The official site of the American Airlines Arena, venue for Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event, is advertising a Unified WWE Divas Championship Match between Michelle McCool and Natalya.
WWE has yet to announce the match for the event.

WWE will be holding an event called “WWE Fan Appreciation Day” on October 30, 2010 at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Bell time is 3:00 PM. Tickets go on sale October 5, 2010 at noon. Scheduled to appear are The Undertaker, Kane, John Cena, The Big Show, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Wade Barrett, Edge, Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio.
If ANYBODY reading this is near there at that faithful day, and has time and what not, please drop by and get me some pictures? Thanks in advance.

NOLA.com notes that WWE has finished shooting for their new movie Bending the Rules, an action comedy that stars Edge and actor Jamie Kennedy. WWE has been filming movies in New Orleans for a year now but is done for the time being.

In light of SmackDown’s Syfy debut, Dolph Ziggler has done some interviews which you can read here and here.
Also, I may or may not have already posted the first one of those links in an earlier post. Deal with it.

The official WWE website published an article regarding Christian undergoing a surgical procedure today to repair a torn pectoral muscle. WWE attributes the injury to an attack by Alberto Del Rio on last week’s SmackDown.
The entire article can be read here.

That is all for today folks,
Remember, if there is anything you'd like additional information on, please let me know in comments, and I'll see what I can do for you.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Update on Hardy's WWE status, Dolph Ziggler talks about stuff, and more!

Regarding Matt Hardy’s present status with World Wrestling Entertainment, both sides remain at a strong stalemate.
Company officials want Hardy to address his issues, but he doesn’t want to. Furthermore, they are unwilling to release him at this time because they don’t want him joining rival promotion TNA Wrestling.
One company source indicated that the touring schedule has been hectic as of late and when things settle down following Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, Hardy’s situation will likely be addressed.

WWE has signed “The Bashing Bulgarian” Miroslav to a developmental contract. Miroslav is from Bulgaria and was trained by Gangrel and Rikishi, among others, at the Knokx Pro Wrestling Academy in Burbank, California.
Miroslav would be WWE’s second acquistion from Knokx Pro, following Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez. He too is a trained professional wrestling.

WWE Intercontinental champoin Dolph Ziggler was interviewed by Phil Strum of the Poughkeepsie Journal this week to promote Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. Below are the highlights of what Ziggler said about:
Being Satisfied With His Career: “Actually, I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I’ve worked really hard to get where I am today. On my own personal schedule, I am a little behind schedule. I think I’ve dealt with things really well in my career and I’m on track.”
Being Sent Back To FCW After The Spirit Squad Gimmick: “Of course, it’s scary any time you’re coming off the main roster. But I was less than a year into the business at the time and I knew I just needed to work harder than everybody else. I had to go back and learn more of the business. I had two or three practices where I worked with some of the best guys. Working with Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Ric Flair really sped along my learning.”
Which Wrestlers He’s Learned From: “Shawn Michaels, 10 or 15 years ago, was may favorite ever in the ring. Beating someone up, getting beat up. He was the best ever. I’ve taken a lot of advice from him. It’s incredible to watch him. He’s done it better than anyone I’ve ever seen.”
Working with Vickie Guerrero: “It’s been great. I think we make a good combination. Me and her work well together. No one gets booed more than Vickie Guerrero. People hate her and I love it. I like working with her. Hopefully, I can absorb some of that hatred. I know people don’t want to boo me because I look so good.”
His Goals in WWE: “I honestly want to be considered the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time. I want to be the world champion and I wanted to be one of the greatest sports entertainers that this business has ever seen.”
The complete interview can be read here.

WWE has discussed turning Kaval heel and having him feud with Rey Mysterio early next year.
When the NXT season two winner was initially signed, Mysterio was one of the people pushing for a program with him. However, injuries to both wrestlers derailed potential plans.

WWE has discussed tying the 20th anniversary of the debut of The Undertaker character with November’s Survivor Series. One of the ideas being discussed is a Buried Alive Match between The Undertaker and Kane.
There has been talk of it being Undertaker’s final run with the company and they wanted him to conclude his career with his longtime manager, Paul Bearer, by his side.
I personally hope that the Undertaker will keep on going for a couple of more years, because I still want to see him continue his streak on Wrestlemania. Live. While I'm there. Front row preferably.

While nobody expects Nexus to be disbanded, it has been noted that the faction’s merchandise sales have been poor. WWE officials expected the group to get over as anti-heroes, but its merchandise has failed to significantly move.

WWE will be releasing a two-disc Bobby “The Brain” Heenan DVD set on December 28th. Below is the official synopsis:
“Fans loved to boo Bobby Heenan but despite their vocal displeasure with The Weasel, everyone acknowledges he’s the greatest manager in the history of sports entertainment. He guided members of the infamous Heenan Family to great heights in both the AWA and WWE, even occasionally stepping into the ring himself. He also further cemented his place in pro wrestling lore by becoming one of the great color commentators of all time, completely earning his 2004 induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Now, for the first time ever, fans can relive the Brain’s magnificent career in Bobby The Brain Heenan, a 2-disc DVD that tells the life story of Heenan as well as collects his most famous matches, interviews, and moments. “

WWE has confirmed that NXT will begin airing on their website as of next Tuesday night. Next week will see the first Diva elimination.
Hopefully this will mean I can watch it over here in Holland as well... But probably not... So Vince, if you're reading this, please try to get it on Dutch TV as well! There are enough people that would watch it, given the chance. Now, instead, most people download every episode, illegally.

That's all for tonight folks, if there's anything you want to know more about it, ask about them in comments, and I'll see what I can find for you guys.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

More Matt Hardy news! as well as other news.

For what it’s worth, a lot of people feel that Matt Hardy is in complete work mode trying to get his release from WWE with the recent odd behavior on his Youtube and Twitter pages. Hardy claimed this weekend that he suffers from Disassociative Identity Disorder, which is the same disorder that Herschel Walker has suffered from.
More info on his claimed disorder can be found here.

Unless WWE announces something else, NXT is expected to move to the WWE website beginning next week as the NXT deal with SyFy expires this week and SmackDown comes to the network on Friday nights. NXT will remain on TV in Canada, the UK and other countries.
WWE officials are high on NXT and at last word, were still looking for a new TV deal in the United States.

WWE has signed model Melyssa Buhl to a developmental deal. She is 26 years old and is from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She noted online that she will be entering a contract on October 14th, presumably her WWE deal, and wouldn’t be able to book shoots with photographers after that.
I took the liberty to look up some of her pictures, and I say DO IT! Because she's just, well, not gonna lie, HOT!

WWE’s United States Champion Daniel Bryan will not be at the live SmackDown this coming Friday night as he will be finishing up previous independent bookings. Several RAW stars are booked for the big SyFy debut on Friday.

Here is a spoiler-free preview for tonight’s episode of WWE RAW .. The show was taped last week due to the WWE production crew being on the road this week for Friday’s live SmackDown premiere on SyFy:
* WWE champion Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho.
* John Cena vs. Edge.
* WWE United States champion Daniel Bryan & John Morrison vs. The Miz & Alex Riley.
* Sheamus vs. Great Khali.
* Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel vs. Mark Henry and Evan Bourne.
* Diva Battle Royal to crown a #1 contender for Divas championship.
If I was able to watch (besides the fact that I have to work, the WWE is still not on television here in Holland >.> ) I would be especially interested in how Sheamus would fare against the Great Khali.

There have been rumors within WWE about RAW Diva Jillian Hall’s future with the company. While her status with the company is in good standing, plans are being made to “retire” Jillian as an on-air performer. She would then work as a trainer to WWE’s female developmental talents in Tampa, Florida. No word yet when these changes will happen with Jillian but that is the plan.

The Giant Gonzalez died on 22nd of September this year due to complications of his diabetes. He was 44 years old.

PWTorch.com is reporting that the reason why Cody Rhodes hasn't received a major WWE push is because Vince McMahon is not confident in the superstars' abilities. "Cody Rhodes is capable of a breakout, but Vince McMahon just can't commit to him," said a WWE source. "He thinks he overacts."

As far as Paul Bearers return goes, here is a partial interview with him, with the link to the complete interview on the bottom of it:
"Where do I begin my friends? I guess we should go with the "Reader's Digest" version, since those of you that visit here often know I can ramble on and on. Let's just cut to the chase. About four months ago I received a call from the WWE creative folks asking if I had any interest in returning to the company. Of course this totally caught me off guard.
Just to step back for a moment, many are aware that my wife passed away from three battles with cancer, on January 31, 2009; and my life took some major turns following that tragic life changing event. We were married 30-years.
Since my departure from WWE at the GREAT AMERICAN BASH on June 24, 2004, I had virtually divorced myself from professional wrestling completely and returned full-time to Funeral Service, which some may not realize that I have a degree in Mortuary Science and I am a legit licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. I managed a small Funeral Home and Crematory here on the Gulf Coast.
The rest of the interview can be found here.  Well what do you know. It's actually a blogspot account as well :).
A video of Paul's return can be found here.

That's all for today people, I hope you guys enjoyed the read again.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Trevor Murdoch opening for the first time after Lance Cade's passing, and more

In an exclusive interview with SLAM! Wrestling, Trevor Murdoch talks about the death of his partner and best friend, Lance Cade.
Murdoch wants everybody to share in some of his positive memories of Cade, rather than the people he dislikes for merely using the 29-year-old Cade as a political pawn during Linda McMahon’s Senate run.
The full interview can be read here.
Lance Cade passed away on the 13th of August of this year.

World Wrestling Entertainment has begun work on a DVD project highlighting Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler’s legendary career, reports PWInsider.com. It is scheduled for release in 2011.

Former WWE performer Shelton Benjamin has issued his first public comments about his release, writing the following on his Twitter page this week:
“WWE never made me any promises, just gave me an opportunity to make money. And I made a lot of money, so (they) fulfilled their end. I am not bitter or scoured and I’ve got too much pride, passion, and confidence in myself to cry like a baby because I was released.”
Benjamin says he was underutilized during his time in WWE and that there are many things about the company that “suck” – but that probably won’t stop him from returning to the company at some point in the future.
“Do I think I should have been a World Champion, HELL YES! Was I underutilized? Without a doubt. Do I have issue with WWE, NO! I NEED TO BE AWAY FROM WWE so I can grow as a performer. There are many things about that company that SUCK, but I got no time to be crying about it. I am enjoying a good life now and if history serves chances are you haven’t seen the last of me in WWE, even if I go elsewhere along the way.”
Benjamin is currently wrestling for Ring of Honor with his former WWE tag partner, Charlie Haas.

WWE RAW superstar Chris Jericho posted a few messages on Twitter this week taking aim at “Internet experts” who reported that he is leaving WWE for the next few months.
It’s been reported for months that Jericho’s WWE contract is expiring soon and Jericho’s stipulation that he would leave WWE if he didn’t win the WWE title at Night of Champions coincided with these reports. Our WWE sources still say that Jericho will be taking off the rest of the year very soon – despite the fact that he wrestled at this week’s RAW tapings. But Jericho is now jumping on the Internet crowd that he often plays to.  Jericho wrote on Twitter this week:
“Hey Internet…I'm a heel. Heels lie, therefore if I say something boastfully and reneg on it, it’s not an official stipulation. Smarten up!”
.. and he followed up with:
“Hello Internet experts. Allow me to explain something to u kiddies. Winning and losing means nothing if you do it properly. I would be happy to lose to every single one of you and watch your faces as I walk out of the arena with more heat than before. Watch and learn children. Sit back and let the real experts work our magic as we make u behave like the puppets that you are. Cheers!”

Bad news for SmackDown star Christian .. It has been confirmed that he has torn a pectoral muscle.
He will have surgery this and is expected to be out of action for 6 months following his recovery and physical rehabilitation, according to PWInsider.com. That would keep him away until February.
Fellow SmackDown star MVP wrote on Twitter:
“Let’s wish [Christian] a successful surgery & a speedy recovery! The good guys need him back quickly.”

Without giving away spoilers for Friday’s SmackDown, there will be an angle on Friday’s show that could be a way to get Christian off television for the next few months.

WWE will be releasing the “Top 50 Superstars of All Time” three-disc DVD set on December 14th. Below is the official synopsis:
“It’s a timeless debate for sports entertainment fans everywhere. Who is the greatest of all time? Better yet, what superstars make up your top 10, or if you are a real student of history, 20, 40, or 50? The debates and cross-generational comparisons can go on forever, as fans compare Stone Cold to the Hulkster, Ric Flair to Shawn Michaels, this generation s giant (Big Show) to the all-time Giant (Andre), or ask whether John Cena and Randy Orton have already done enough to cement a permanent legacy in this industry. Now, with the 50 Greatest Superstars in WWE History fans can enjoy the first-ever countdown of the biggest superstars in history, complete with highlights of the top 50, commentary from today’s WWE Superstars explaining their choices, and more.”

The cover for Chris Jericho’s much anticipated follow-up book to the New York Times bestselling A Lion’s Tale, Undisputed: How to Become the World Champion in 1,372 Easy Steps, has been released. To view the cover, click here.

That's all for today, and I hope to see some more of those lovely comments :)

Until next time,

MAJOR surprise at Smackdowns taping and other stuff

THIS IS GOING TO BE A SPOILER, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THIS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM READING THIS PARAGRAPH. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH A CERTAIN PERSON RETURNING TO THE UNDERTAKER - KANE STORYLINE.

Well, if that wasn't clear, then you're probably blind and won't be able to read this anyway.
Ohhhhhhh yessssss…..
The one and only PAUL BEARER returned to WWE at Tuesday’s SmackDown television taping (it's taped on Tuesday, but aired on Friday) in Bloomington, Illinois to participate in the ongoing Undertaker vs. Kane storyline.
Later in the show, Kane challenged Undertaker to a Hell in a Cell match at the HIAC (Hell In A Cell) PPV on October 3rd.
Bearer was written out of WWE story lines back in 2004, when he was “buried alive” in concrete at that year’s Great American Bash.
There was even a fan-made picture, but until I have seen some more proof, please be aware that this might be a fake message and what not.  It does seem legit though, because there has been word from Paul himself that he was also doing a lot of voice-acting for SDvsRaw 2011.
Guess there's only one way we'll find out...

ENDING OF SPOILER. ENDING OF SPOILER. ENDING OF SPOILER. ENDING OF SPOILER.

Ken sent word that Daniel Bryan’s new theme music is called Ride of the Valkyries. Ken also notes that the book Bryan had on RAW this week was “American Brutus: John Wilkes Booth and the Lincoln Conspiracies” by Michael W. Kauffman.
Mind you, I don't have a clue who this "Ken" is. He is a name that popped up in a message on LordsOfPain.net .

Big Show is now on Twitter at @WWETheBigShow and no longer using @No1Knucklehead.
(I should really get this thing called Twitter >.> )
Or should I? Because look what I then found out:
Last week, WWE officials were wanting talents go promote Twitter on TV and were wanting everyone to have an account. This week, apparently that idea has changed. WWE is continuing to push Twitter but they want stars to focus more on Facebook now.
Lucky for me, I already have one of those :)

Also, more marriage news, as it appears that Kofi Kingston had the weekend of the 11th of September off because he was getting married. (Please, no 9/11 jokes, you can go do those somewhere else, thank you).

Former WWE champion John Bradshaw Layfield appeared on the “Right After Wrestling” radio show  last night. JBL spoke about Alberto Del Rio’s gimmick being similar to his, whether he’d ever return to WWE and more. You can listen to the interview at TheScore.com.
Among the more interesting topics discussed was JBL talking about hazing in wrestling and whether the rumors are true that he was a major bully in the locker room during his time in WWE. JBL said:
“Did I haze the Miz? Hell yes! A lot of people want to talk about me and my hazing. Yes I did. I make no apologies about it what so ever. When I started, guys were hazed, and for good reason. They wanted to know that in a riot, which we had a few back in the day, were you going to be on the side of the boys or the fans?”
“Nowadays there’s no room for it, the corporate, sterile world that is the WWE. When the Miz came in, most of the hazing was me working. Me on the Mic, me talking to him. I gave him as much advice as I possibly could because I thought he had the ability to be a good heel. But I’m not going to apologize for hazing him.”

Then, and I have been waiting for this game for a while now, the trailer for SDvsRaw 2011. DO FUCKING WANT.

That's it for today folks, I'm off to bed.

Actually, no, first a sandwich, then bed... Oh what would you care, anyway.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Tons of news!

Well... As low as the amount of news was yesterday (or 2 days, depending on you location), the more I have for you today.

Lets start of with the following:
There is a new Asian Diva training at the WWE Developmental FCW live event. She was introduced this weekend at the live show in Brooksville, FL.
Her ring name is Vannah. Vannah is better known as Su Yung, who has wrestled for Glory, Memphis Ladies Wrestling and various other independents.
She signed a development deal in July.

Both Daniel Bryan and Ted DiBiase debuted new theme songs on the last episode of Raw.

Alex Riley will be having a more regular appearance on Raw, as the Miz appointed him as some sort of `personal guard`  type of thing.

The current plans for the Unified Diva´s Championships seems to be to make the Champ appear on both Raw AND SmackDown. Thus far, this will probably be the team of Michelle McCool and Layla, as they have crowned themselves as co-Unified Diva's Champions.

And Matt Hardy (yes, can't write a blog about WWE without news about the good man) is no longer listed for any upcoming WWE TV or PPV events. Matt himself says “I have sucked it up for a while and I’ve done pretty much everything I could humanly do,” Hardy wrote. “I think it’s just time to move on.. I would have liked to stay in WWE for my entire career, but looks like it’s just not gonna work out that way. Thanks for your comment pal.” He says this in a comment to a fan on his youtube channel.
WWE Officials are currently looking to what to do with mr. Hardy, if they haven't already, however the general feeling, and Matt's own hope, is that he will be released soon.

Shortly after Raw, WWE Diva Jillian cryptically noted on Twitter that she had closed a chapter Monday.
“A chapter closed tonight,” she wrote. “Excited for what’s ahead.”
Her statement was misconstrued by some fans as an indication that she was parting ways with World Wrestling Entertainment. She then clarified: “No…. WWE hasn’t released me silly gooses. Just opening a new chapter in the book of Jillian!”

Ted DiBiase will be appearing on SyFy’s World Cyber Games Ultimate Gamer this Thursday night at 11pm EST. DiBiase will play in a SmackDown vs. RAW 2010 challenge.

And last, but not least, a little info on Shawn Michaels, the Heart Break Kid, in a video interview he did after receiving a lot of the same questions from fans on his youtube channel.
WWE legend Shawn Michaels answered a batch of questions sent in from fans on his YouTube page. Michaels answered questions about a number of topics – including whether he will ever wrestle again, if he’d consider returning to television in a non-wrestling capacity, if he’d ever go to TNA and more. Here’s what Michaels said about:
Retirement: “It was time. It was time for HBK to pack up and move on. There isn’t anything I left undid. There isn’t any match that I wish I had. There is absolutely nothing that I didn’t do for me. I know there are a lot of matches people would have liked to have seen, but for my wish list, I was fortunate enough to accomplish far beyond anything I possibly could have accomplished. That was the reason I was ready to go. If there was even one little thing out there, I would have stayed around. Rest assured, there are no regrets and there are no ‘I wish I would have’ for me in WWE.”
His Future & Whether He’d Go To TNA: “No, I’m not going to come back to wrestle. I’m going to do my best to keep my word willing. I’m not going anywhere else. I’m going to be a WWE guy, the good Lord willing, until the day I die,” Michaels said. “You’re not going to see me show up on someone else’s wrestling program. I hope to make some appearances throughout the years. Hopefully in the not too distant future, I will see many of you again.”

Well, that's it for now, I'm off to work.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,
