Plans for "Old-Skool" RAW, Brock Lesnar on WM27?

For WWE's "Old School" RAW show, SmackDown stars also being advertised to appear are: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston.
In terms of the plan for the actual show - the entire theme will be a throwback to old-school with the original 1993 opening with no pyro, etc. Already confirmed for the show are Sgt. Slaughter, Dusty Rhodes, Jimmy Snuka, Roddy Piper, The Iron Sheik, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Arn Anderson and IRS. Also expected are Lita and the recently re-signed Val Venis.

All the current producers within WWE (Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko, Irwin R Shyster, etc.) are also confirmed for WWE's Old School RAW, and ideas for them have been discussed during the past few days. It is thought that most of the appearances will be cameos.
The Honky Tonk Man and WWE Hall of Famer "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase have been confirmed for WWE's "Old School" episode of Monday Night Raw on Nov. 15.

And John Cena is no longer allowed on Twitter, or so he claims in the one message he was allowed to Tweet by Wade Barrett.
"Wade Barrett has allowed me to send this one message," Cena wrote. "As long as I am in Nexus. I answer to them. He has kept me from any communication and was very mad about navajo code message. I am sorry to all of you."

WWEDVDNews reports that WWE is planning a Triple H DVD and Bluray set for a late 2011 release. WWE is also planning on releasing "Big Show: A Giant's World" in February of 2011.

The Undertaker will indeed be undergoing torn rotator cuff surgery this week. The original plan was for Taker to work the current European tour and take time off after Survivor Series, where he would lose a Buried Alive match against Kane. The match was moved to Bragging Rights because Taker had been in severe pain and needed the surgery.
As recent as last week, there was talk that Taker may continue to wrestle lightly for the next few months, wrestle at Wrestlemania 27 and then take the time off but that has changed. Until the surgery is over, there is no solid time table for his return. The feeling right now within WWE is that they expect him to work WrestleMania if he can but they recognize the possibility that he won't be recovered enough.

For what it's worth, people in WWE are wanting to push the Nexus angle by giving them all of the title belts. With Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel holding the WWE Tag Team Titles, this might mean that Wade Barrett would defeat Randy Orton for the WWE Title and likely David Otunga would capture the United States Title.

People in both WWE and UFC feel that a Brock Lesnar role at WrestleMania 27 won't happen because of Lesnar's contract with UFC. However, even as recent as of a few days ago, there were people in WWE still working on putting something together. WWE has been tossing around potential ideas and trying to see if there's a way Lesnar could be involved contractually without UFC President Dana White having to approve it. They are also trying to figure out a way for White to approve a deal.
Regarding the confrontation at UFC 121, the belief is that WWE itself did not directly contact Brock Lesnar or his camp, but someone very close to Vince McMahon did. One could suspect that Paul Heyman, considering his relationship with Lesnar and his past with WWE, may have been the middle man but word is that it was not him. Heyman has been quiet on the subject but in the past has floated an idea to WWE about bringing in Lesnar for some kind of role.
It's believed that there was no direct approach from Vince McMahon because that could lead to contract tampering.
One WWE source felt that Lesnar could get between $2 million and $3 million from WWE for a WrestleMania appearance.

I'm back.

I know it took me a long time to get there, but I've finally returned with a new charger (that shit-seller on ebay took a week and a half to send me the bloody charger), and I'm just going to get back to you guys with RECENT news in a day or so, since I'm actually quite busy today. I said recent because if I am to update about everything that happened in the past 2 and a half week, it would take me half a day to tell you about it.
So yeah, see you guys tomorrow.

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Will not be posting till...

Heya everyone,

The charger-cord of my laptop broke down past sunday night, so I will not be able to update until at least the coming Monday. I will have to buy a new one and don't have long-term access to any computer until then.
I am writing you this message from work, but it speaks for itself that I can't give you guys complete updates from here. I hope you guys can forgive me for this.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Matt Hardy (finally?) released, Mr McMahon invites First Lady to WWE HQ.

But first, I would like to thank each and everyone of you that made me get to a 100 followers!
THANK YOU ALL!!!.

Alright, on to actual WWE News.

Biggest news of all so far probably, is the release of Matt Hardy.
Now, as I all kept you informed on how he wanted his release from the WWE, because he just wasn't happy there anymore, I am (sort of) happy to announce that he finally got it. That does, however, mean that the whole soap around is over, which is something I'm less happy about, because it was a nice fill up. I mean news item. News item is what I meant. Yeah. Anyway, as we came to know about Mr. Hardy, he enjoys it to upload video's about WWE and what not. Now, with his release, there is of course no exception.
Click here to see a very happy Matt Hardy.
During an interview with the Daily Star, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy railed World Wrestling Entertainment for their treatment of his brother Matt.
“I’m not going to give WWE their props for the way they’ve dealt with Matt. He is such a giving talent, ready to do anything for them, and he’s been given the run-around. They’ve treated him like sh*t.
“I think if he came here, you would see the happiest, most dangerous and exciting Matt Hardy you’ve ever seen. I hope that they let him leave and he shows up here any day now.”
WWE confirmed the release of Matt Hardy in a statement on its website Friday.
According to WWE’s official statement, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy, effective as of October 15, 2010. WWE wishes Matt Hardy the best in his future endeavors.”
Veteran WWE announcer Jim Ross quickly commented on the story, noting, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy. Know no details just that fact. Good luck to Matt. Probably best 4 all involved.”

The toxicology results are in for former WWE performer Luna Vachon.
The District Six Medical Examiner’s office in Florida found that Luna died from an accidental overdose of painkillers and anti-anxiety medication.
TMZ.com reports that the 48-year-old wrestler  had oxycodone and benzodiazepine in her system when she died in her Florida home back in August.
Shortly after her death, it was reported that investigators found crushed pill residue and snorting straws at multiple locations inside Luna’s house.
Luna’s ashes were scattered last month at the late Andre The Giant’s ranch in North Carolina.

Hall of Famer Jim Ross has updated his blog, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR said about:
Undertaker Possibly Losing at WrestleMania: “The WWE is filled with highly intelligent people which is another reason that I don’t feel that the Undertaker will ever lose at a Wrestlemania event. When I say never, I mean never. What a magnificent card one can keep in one’s pocket to play at the biggest event of the year where so much is measured and defined. The Undertaker’s ‘streak’ at Wrestlemania is like a franchise unto itself.”
AJ Styles/Shawn Michaels Comparison: “I think AJ Styles is a great in ring talent, perhaps even underutilized, but he is not better at this time than was HBK in Shawn’s prime. That’s not a knock on Styles even though some will take it as such. To even compare AJ to HBK should be looked upon as high praise.”

Former WWE performer Lance McNaught (a/k/a Lance Cade) died on August 13, 2010 from accidentally ingesting multiple drugs combined with the effects of a an enlarged heart, according to an autopsy report from a medical examiner in San Antonio, Texas.
A staffer of the Bexar County, Texas, Medical Examiner’s Office said of McNaught’s death to The New Haven Register in Connecticut: “The cause was ruled mixed drug intoxication, complicating a cardiomyopathy.” His death was ruled accidental.
The medical examiner’s report does not indicate whether McNaught’s use of anabolic steroids contributed to cardiomyopathy, which has been linked to steroid abuse.
Robert Zimmerman, a spokesman for World Wrestling Entertainment, told the newspaper that WWE obtained e-mails written by McNaught to a fellow wrestler, saying he had ordered two types of steroids in March and expected to fail a drug test.
McNaught was released from WWE in October 2008, then rehired in September 2009. He was sent to drug rehabilitation at his request, but was released a second time in April.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter speculates that due to The Undertaker’s health, matches pitting “The Deadman” against Kane for WWE’s tour of the U.K. next month have been changed to Triple Threat bouts with the inclusion of Big Show.
I have in no way conformation of these mentioned health issues. I also don't really see how making the match a Triple Threat would make things any better if said issues are there.

In an update on the condition of Patrick Henry, older brother of WWE Superstar, Mark Henry, doctors have taken him off the medication that was keeping him in a coma and he is expected to be revived today. Henry had several surgeries to stop the bleeding and pressure on his brain caused by the stroke he suffered on Oct. 3.

Ted DiBiase has opened a YouTube account at youtube.com/user/TheDibiasePosse. MVP also noted on Twitter that he is working on opening a YouTube account.

WWE, THQ and Walmart stores will be teaming up for SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 launch events on Monday, October 25th.  Someone, please, PLEASE get me one of those. All except Jack Swagger really, because I don't really feel his character. I'll even pay you for it.

Evan Bourne said this morning on Twitter that he underwent (shoulder) surgery Tuesday and is “already on the road to recovery.”
Bourne is expected to be sidelined for the rest of the year while he recovers from surgery. He was written off television on Monday’s Raw as a result of CM Punk’s attack on him following their match.
WWE has announced that Triple H will return for “one night only” at the Fan Appreciation and Supershow event on October 30th in Hartford, Connecticut. The updated listing for the event doesn’t specify if The Game will be wrestling or just appearing.
Matches announced for the event include Kane vs. Big Show vs. Undertaker for the World Title, Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett for the WWE Title, Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio and a 16-man battle royal with the winner facing Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Title.

World Wrestling Entertainment issued the following press release Friday announcing that Vince McMahon has extended an invitation to First Lady Michelle Obama to visit the company’s corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut while she is in town this Monday.
WWE® Invites First Lady Michelle Obama to Visit Headquarters
STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) today announced that CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon has extended an invitation to First Lady Michelle Obama for this Monday, October 18 while she is in town, to visit the company’s corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT, and discuss WWE’s corporate outreach initiatives. These programs include outreach to at-risk youth, support for military troops and their families and partnerships with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Young Adult Library Services Association and others.
“Given President Obama’s previous appearance on ‘Monday Night Raw’, and WWE’s dedication to giving back to the community we welcome the opportunity to speak candidly with the First Lady and educate her about WWE’s initiatives that focus on children and families,” said Vince McMahon, WWE CEO and Chairman. “We hope to learn more from the First Lady about the important initiatives she is leading.”

That's it for today's update, I hope you all enjoyed the read. There's a poll up about Matt Hardy's release as well, so please answer and check it and stuff.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

JR on Undertaker retiring, WWE releases NXT Diva

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR wrote about:
Undertaker Retiring: “Where are all the rumors coming from regarding the retirement plans of the Undertaker? Some emailers are contacting us as if these rumors are fact and are etched in stone. These are the same, unfounded rumors that begin making their rounds after each Wrestlemania. My take on this matter is that Undertaker isn’t retiring after WM27 in Atlanta. I can easily see the Deadman competing for another three years or so if his schedule is well managed. If forced to speculate, and that’s all I’m doing, wouldn’t calling it a day after, say, Wrestlemania 30 make more sense? Bottom line is that Taker will retire when he’s damn well ready to retire plus I still stand by what I have always said that he will never lose a match at Wrestlemania.”
What He Thinks of TNA: “People ask me all the time to critique TNA which is a no win situation for me. First of all I don’t watch TNA regularly so for me to act as if I do and make across the board judgments of the brand would not be fair nor accurate. Secondly, I work for WWE so any thing I say good, bad or indifferent about TNA will be looked at as a biased opinion. Let it be known that I hope TNA becomes very profitable some day and wish them well. They have a nice, talent roster that needs to wrestle more and talk less but that could be said about the majority of pro wrestling entities over the past decade or so. Bad acting is simply bad acting no matter what show it appears on.”
Batista Getting Into MMA: “Batista fighting for Strikeforce is a big deal if made such by the promotion and the network. Parlaying Dave’s global name identity and overall look can pay dividends if done throughly and with a big picture game plan. It seems that the former WWE Champion and the promotion are not exceptionally close on money as of yet based on how I interpreted a recent Batista interview. I actually don’t know if a Batista vs. Bobby Lashley bout is the best for both fighters as each man seems to have viable marketability and one beating the other only forward one man as a rule. MMA insiders say that Lashley is at a career crossroads and if that is true then that theory will be validated if Strikeforce signs Batista vs. Lashley for Batista’s first fight. If CBS/Strikeforce promotes a MMA contest between Batista and Lashley like another day at the office then my theory that the network doesn’t know how to properly promote a major fight is accurate. That’s akin to NFL legend Herschel Walker not fighting on Showtime or CBS during the NFL season so that Strikeforce can be promoted on CBS’s NFL games. Perhaps the pending December, Walker fight will make CBS air on their coverage of the National Football League.”
Nexus: “The Nexus storyline has been one of the better ones in the WWE in a long while. Now as it maturates and moves forward guys like Justin Gabriel, who had a nice bout with Orton Monday Night, needs to become known for more than his dynamic 450 Splash. Same for Otunga and Slater. What are their lasting claims to fame going to be? Now is a pivotal time for these members of NXT to begin to erase the prominent ‘sidekick’ logo that’s figuratively stamped on their foreheads and either take a more impactful role with NXT leader Wade Barrett or begin to subtly move away from Barrett’s reign.”
WWE Bragging Rights: “Why is it exactly that Raw and SD have such a fierce rivalry? What’s at stake other than ‘Bragging Rights?’ Has SD been bragging about their tag team victory since last year’s PPV? Would it be more viable if something tangible was at stake to the winning team in the Raw vs. Smackdown Tag Bout on the October 24 PPV that emanates from Minneapolis?”

Quite obviously, I am very, very happy that Taker is not retiring anytime soon. See, me and my friend are planning to go to WM 30, and we both hope to get to see the Phenom live in action there.

As I reported earlier, The Miz was nominated for Baddest Baddie at the Aussies Kid's Choice Awards, however The Miz did not win the award for Baddest Baddie at the Australian Kid’s Choice Awards this weekend. The award instead went to X Factor Australia judge Kyle Sandilands.

Edge has removed from the line-up for WWE’s Fan Appreciation Day in Hartford, CT on October 30th. The Rated R Superstar will be celebrating a birthday that day.

With CM Punk advertised for tonight’s RAW, it’s been expected he will be traded to the RAW brand. Punk cut a promo before his match against R-Truth on Saturday night at the RAW live event in Stockton, California and said he’s a SmackDown star but has beat everyone there so he’s coming to RAW to do the same thing.
It's too bad for the SD roster that Punk is being switched to Raw, I think he will be missed in the SD locker room. I always find Punk entertaining however, and wish him the best at Raw. I hope they put him to good use there.

Matt Hardy posted a new video blog after TNA’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view last night. Regarding his brother Jeff’s heel turn, Matt said that’s the reason he’s been doing everything he’s been doing lately and the reason he put WWE in his “rear-view mirror.” Hardy said he’s got to cross the line because family comes first and he refuses to abandon his brother.
Matt said he heard the news about Jeff turning heel about seven or eight weeks ago. Here’s his latest video:

He’s the WWE Hall of Famer who bleed red, white, and blue with a set of biceps that has taken out foes for decades, now ClubWWI.com is honored to welcome Tony Atlas for an uncut shoot with James Guttman that lasts nearly an hour and will give you insight into this business like never before.

When you get there, you can get yourself to an hour-long interview (being the complete one) on ClubWWI.com (which you have to pay for).

Bryan Williams, one of the SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 designers, told ESPN that Daniel Bryan was originally scheduled to be part of the NXT season 1 downloadable package for the game but won’t be in the game at all now. Williams said they got the word of Bryan’s WWE release earlier this year the same day that they motion-capped his moves. The designers had to take Bryan out of the game and replace him with Justin Gabriel.
Williams went on to say that it was too late to add Bryan to this year’s game, even as a downloadable character. Provided that Bryan is still with WWE next year, he will be in SmackDown vs. RAW 2012.
I call bullshit on this. It can't be that hard to make 1 more (downloadable) character, especially since you (should) have the basic character model and standard moves already. I mean, they have an entire year, basically, to make 1 extra character. So a big fuck you to the designers of the game, for being to lazy to bring in Daniel Bryan into this years game.

Wade Barrett talks to the UK’s Lancashire Telegraph here, discussing him idolizing Davey Boy Smith, how he misses British food and his degree in Marine Biology.

The Great Khali will begin appearing on the ongoing fourth season of the Indian reality television program Bigg Boss this Friday as a wild card entry, reports www.techtipspro.com. It is the Indian version of the Big Brother format.

John Cena is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Fighting Spirit, with the headline reading “Have We Cena ‘Nuff?”
The synopsis reads: “Between his superhero act getting incredibly old and him almost ruining the careers of people like The Miz and Nexus by squashing them completely, FSM has had it up to here with John Cena. But is it really all his fault? FSM examines WWE’s top man and wonders if he’s to blame for ruining WWE for everyone.”

Florida Championship Wrestling removed NXT Rookie Diva Jamie Keyes from their official roster page. PWInsider confirms that following her elimination from NXT last week, WWE has released Keyes from her deal.
Keyes, real name Brittany Beede, was signed by WWE in March of this year. She served as NXT ring announcer on season 2 before being a Rookie on season three. She was eliminated last week.

That's all for today folks.
Hope you guys enjoyed the read.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

Matt Hardy confirms the wish to leave WWE, Bret Hart @ Bragging Rights?

It’s expected that Bret Hart will play a big part of the go-home RAW for Bragging Rights on October 18th since it’s from Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the Pengrowth Saddledome. Bret is being advertised for RAW that night.

Current DVD’s WWE is planning for 2011 include the 100 Craziest Moments, Best of WCW Nitro, History of DX, History of the United States Title and a set on the Divas. Superstar DVD sets planned for next year include Randy Orton, Big Show, Goldust, Jerry Lawler and Greg “The Hammer” Valentine.

The Team RAW vs. Team SmackDown match at Bragging Rights may turn into a three-way with John Cena leading a team of Nexus members.
Now that's an interesting one. I want to see it, and hope that Cena will be acting like he did in his first match as an official member of Nexus. That would be an interesting thing to see.
While we're sort of on the topic of John Cena:
WWE Studios’ production crew was filming Blood Brothers today in Cerrillos, New Mexico. Blood Brothers will be John Cena’s next movie.

WWE Legends Jimmy Snuka, Jake Roberts and Terry Funk were confirmed today as playable characters in WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2011. Yoshi Tatsu and Gail Kim were also officially announced.
For the complete roster of playable characters, click here.

Shawn Michaels said on Twitter that he will be letting fans in on some news next week. For what it’s worth, Shawn said he is “getting back into work some.”

Celebrity news site HollywoodLife.com is reporting that WWE is negotiating with with teen pop star Justin Bieber to sing America the Beautiful at Wrestlemania 27.
“It is so perfect! To have Justin perform in front of 70,000 plus people would just be amazing! It is so perfect”, their source said. “It’s still a work in progress but it would be a lot of fun.”
Opening WrestleMania would put Bieber in an elite club of music icons that includes Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles.
What I think of this?
Typical PG-rating bullshit. If they put Bieber out there, I am not buying the DVD, that's for sure. And I hope lots of people do this. Because Bieber just doesn't go with WWE. Also, music icon? Really?
But that's just my humble opinion, of course.

Legendary hip hop star and Wu Tang Clan member The RZA has announced former WWE star Batista has joined the cast of his new movie, “The Man with the Iron Fist” starring Academy Award winner Russell Crow.

Chris Jericho had an interview with the UK Sun recently, in which he talked about WWE, amongst other things.
The complete interview can be read here.

Matt Hardy noted on Twitter last night that he was watching TNA iMPACT. Hardy wrote: “I also really dig seeing my buds like Tommy Dreamer & Mickie James on Impact-they seem happy, less stressed.”
Matt Hardy also posted another Youtube video trying to set the record straight (again) as much as he can.
He says about 6 or 7 weeks ago, he came across a “monumental piece of information” that made him decide it was definitely time for him to move away from WWE, something he was thinking about doing during the 12-18 months prior.
He said he asked “the right people” a couple of times if he could get a release and they said no. Then he says tried plan B. He went on an overseas tour and tried to “cause a couple of problems”. Everybody, but Christian, bought into it.
He then came back home and tried to “kick it into high gear” by making those videos by MATTHEW (all caps). He says that was done in character and he isn’t crazy and psychopathic as he comes across in the videos, although he finds it funny that people actually think that.
He said he went back and forth with WWE and has come to an agreement, I am assuming to stop making those videos. He says he has upheld his end of the deal, and as soon as they uphold their end, something “special” is going to happen, because he has “got them right where he wants them”. He also says his next video will be about Lita regarding recent comments she made about him.

That's all for today folks, I hope you enjoyed the read.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.

WWE Superstars allowed to open youtube accounts, SCSA teasing return.

To start things of, I would like to apologize for a lack of updates as of late. I have been quite busy with working, and other things in my personal life, that I could just not find the time and/or energy to post an update. Things are going better, but are not perfect yet, so please forgive me if I miss one or two days from time to time...
Now that we have that out of the way, let the wrestling(news) commence.

Apparently WWE is allowing talents to open up YouTube accounts after all, as seen last week when Melina debuted her account. WWE performers have to get officials’ permission first. Look for more Superstars to launch YouTube accounts in the next week or so.

According to his Twitter, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has undergone surgery at 3PM CT on the 4th of October, where he will have a stent inserted into an artery near his heart.
Ross was able to attend Saturday’s Oklahoma vs. Texas game and downplayed the seriousness of the surgery, saying, “I ain’t scared for the heart procedure… My faith is strong and my doctors are awesome. Best shape I’ve been in in years.”
He also noted that he was supposed to attend last night’s Hell in a Cell PPV but couldn’t as his doctor wanted him to rest in preparation for today. You can get more from JR here: Twitter Account.
(I know this is a little late, but I still wanted to keep you updated on this).
The day he was scheduled to undergo surgery to have a a stent inserted into an artery near his heart, the WWE Hall of Famer got great news that his surgery was unnecessary.
Ross, who is still in the hospital, wrote on Twitter:
“No surgery required. Sore where (the doctor) explored my heart via femoral artery. Hope to get home tonight. Caught a break”
I am so enjoying this, personally, because I love JR...
IN A COMMENT WAY! GEEZ, YOU BLOODY HOMOPHOBES >.>
Quick sidenote there, my uhm, what's it called... let's just keep it to laptop-dictionary, didn't know the word homophobes. And it still doesn't. However, the word it thought I meant was: homophones. Now someone tell me, what the fuck is a homophone?

WWE may repeatedly deny that it views UFC as competition, but in a Barron’s story related to Linda McMahon’s Senate campaign and WWE’s financial performance, the outlet suggests the opposite.
Painting a negative picture about WWE’s financial success, the article says WWE’s “stats don’t look so buff.” It adds, “Pay-per-view buys, TV ratings, magazine sales and Website visits have been in decline for three years, as many fans turn to mixed martial- arts contests like the Ultimate Fighting Championship.”
Then, in a very interesting quote given the UFC fighter’s connection to WWE, the story cracks, “The UFC’s champions like Brock Lesnar are essentially kicking the butts of WWE superstars like John Cena.”
The article, which concludes that WWE stock is likely overpriced since “World Wrestling is struggling to remain relevant as mixed martial arts surges,” also features a graphical breakdown of WWE’s declining television ratings, as well as evidence that UFC is eclipsing WWE in the pay-per-view category.
Since 2007, WWE has only outperformed UFC on pay-per-view in Q2 2007, Q1 2008, Q2 2009 and Q1 2010 (as in, the quarters with WrestleMania), and it appears from the data that Barron’s might not be controlling specifically for domestic buys, which tend to bring far more profit to the promoter.

Below are some highlights from an interview between “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and UK Newspaper The Sun:
Watching Wrestling: “I watch all wrestling whenever I can, I watch WWE and I watch TNA. I’ve just always had that passion for the sport. That’s what inspired me to enter the ring in the first place, I watched wrestling avidly as a kid and back then it was guys battering each other in smoke filled arenas and blood flowed freely. And that’s why I still watch WWE and TNA all the time today, it’s entertaining and takes me back.”
His Neck: “I’m lucky, you know my neck is 100 per cent these days, I can do my own stunts and fight scenes where I can. I don’t claim to be a tough guy, but I give it a go.
Wrestling Again: “I never thought I’d say it, but when I’m asked about one more match these days I do tend to say ‘never say never’. So don’t rule it out.”

On the Cena-Nexus storyline, without spoiling things TOO much, hopefully, I bring the following "news":
It sounds like Michael Tarver may be gone from Nexus after tonight’s RAW. Wade Barrett told John Cena that he did a favor by beating Tarver up as he had been thinking about getting rid of Tarver for sometime anyway.

Also, since past Monday night's Raw, Edge is once again a member of SmackDown, after the GM traded him. (Not sure for who though). Many people are quite happy with this, saying that after his injury, Edge never seemed to be on the same level anymore, and that he couldn't get along with the top on Raw, while the top is definitely where he belongs.

Matt Hardy announced Sunday on Twitter that he is taking a break from the social networking site for the next few days.
He wrote, “You guys & gals, take care of yourselves. I’m about to head out for a few well earned days of vacation. Talk to you all in a couple days!”

As noted before, Edge has been traded to SmackDown by the RAW General Manager. It appears that CM Punk will be going to RAW now after a new line-up has been issued for the RAW live event on Friday night in Anaheim, California. Edge has been replaced on the card by Punk in a match against R-Truth.

Randy Orton’s father and Hall of Famer, Bob Orton, Jr.was recently interview by Arda Ocal and Jimmy Korderas of Right After Wrestling and spoke on his son’s success in World Wrestling Entertainment.
“I’m very proud of Randy,” Orton said. “He doesn’t waste any movement and he’s just pretty darn good. He pulls his weight. He’s just a natural, they come along every once in awhile. He took to everything very quick. He learns and he listens. He’s a good kid all around and he always has been and we’ve always been proud of him.”
Orton, Jr. was also asked about changes in the locker room since he was last a wrestler…
“What’s changes in the locker room?” he asked. “Pizza. What we used to get backstage was pizza if we were lucky. Now they’ve got catered meals and we didn’t have a masseuse in the locker room or a hair dresser. We didn’t have any of that stuff. A chiropractor was there. It’s first class all the way.”

Lost Colony Entertainment has purchased the TV and film rights to adapt the “Chris and Nancy” book by Irv Muchnick, based on the Benoit family tragedy. This means that Lost Colony has the rights to develop and sell the property or raise money to produce the movie on their own.

There is a story here about Steve Austin’s role in the expendables, and more specifically, his reaction to breaking Sylvester Stallone’s neck.

The feeling within WWE creative is that things need to change and be shaken up. It’s expected that something big will be happening soon and it may have been decided on already, but is being kept a secret and most of the creative team doesn’t even know what it will be. It’s being said that things will be different in January of next year. Since nobody knows what that means, nobody can tell if it’s going to be a good or bad thing.
I guess some of them finally started reading comments on matches and what not. Hope it turns out in a good way.

Michael Cole will soon be the voice of SmackDown following his move across from RAW. Vince McMahon is pretty high on the outspoken commentator at the moment and feels that he would help establish the show on SyFy, which is very important to the company right now with its move to a new network. The way Cole effectively delivers messages from creative and the way he plays his on-air character are things that have pleased McMahon recently.
Another play-by-play commentator, Todd Grisham, is not so over with McMahon right now and some feel that’s another reason for Cole’s move.

Well, that´s all for today. If you leave a comment, I will reply to it one of the following days. I´ll try to be quick about it, but cannot promise anything. Also, as always, ask me anything that has something to do with wrestling, that you want to know, in a comment, and I´ll see what I can do for you guys.

Until next time,

Rest In Peace,

Undertaker.
